What is the registration fee? ▼
The registration fee is $25 per contestant. This fee is non-refundable and includes your competitor number, event t-shirt, and entry into the competition. All competitors have a chance to win the championship title and trophy!
Is there parking available? ▼
Yes! The Garland County Fairgrounds has ample free parking for both competitors and spectators. Parking lots open at 12:30 PM on event day. We recommend arriving early as the event is very popular!
Can I buy PieDogs at the event? ▼
Absolutely! We'll have PieDog food stalls set up throughout the fairgrounds. Everyone can taste these delicious treats! Prices range from $5-8 per PieDog. We also have vegetarian options available.
What should competitors bring on event day? ▼
Competitors should bring a valid photo ID for check-in. We'll provide everything else you need including water, napkins, and your competitor bib. Arrive by 1:30 PM for check-in. Wear comfortable clothing and come hungry!
Is the event family-friendly? ▼
Yes! While only adults 18+ can compete, the event is perfect for families. Spectator entry is free, and there are food stalls, activities, and entertainment for all ages. It's a fun county fair atmosphere!
How do I become a sponsor? ▼

Can I volunteer at the event? ▼
Yes! We're always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with registration, setup, refereeing, and cleanup. Volunteers get a free event t-shirt and complimentary PieDogs! Contact us using the form above and select "Volunteer Information."
What happens if it rains? ▼
The contest will be held rain or shine! We have covered areas and tents set up to protect competitors and spectators. In the unlikely event of severe weather that makes the event unsafe, we'll reschedule and notify all registered competitors via email.
