Registration Agreement

By registering for the Annual PieDog Eating Contest, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I am 18 years of age or older.
I have read and understand the contest rules and agree to abide by them.
I understand that competitive eating involves inherent risks and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I will sign a comprehensive liability waiver on the day of the event.
I authorize the use of my name, image, and likeness in promotional materials.
I am in good health and physically capable of participating in this competition.
All referee decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse or revoke any registration.
I release the organizers, sponsors, and venue from any liability for injury or harm.

I confirm that I am 18 years or older and agree to the registration agreement and terms stated above. I understand the risks involved in competitive eating and release the organizers from liability. * I consent to being photographed and filmed during the event for promotional purposes.
